Counselling is a non-judgemental dialogue about the past and a way to explore unresolved issues that may not be serving you in your life. You will look at how they show up in your identity and how you present yourself to others. Once you understand your personal patterns you will chose to take some forward with you, or leave some behind. It is in part understanding and getting happy with yourself, helping you grow from the inside out, and getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. Different therapeutic approaches help you understand and integrate your past into your dream future. Working with a counsellor provides long-lasting benefits and support, giving you the tools you need to avoid triggers, re-direct damaging patterns, and overcome whatever challenges you face.I use a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what seems right at the time. Mental, physical, spiritual and emotional quadrants are explored in order to provide a holistic model of therapy. I believe we all deserve a safe space to explore the unique pain, joy, love, and power within each of us.
